How Finversa processes personal data for users of the software platform, under EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).

Data we collect

We process registration data (name, email), profile and preference data, subscription and billing metadata, support communications, technical logs, and — with consent — aggregated usage data. If you connect external accounts (brokers, prop firms, linked services), we also process operational data needed for views, analysis, and automations you configure.

Purposes of processing

Data is used to provide the software platform, manage subscriptions, deliver support, send product updates to registered users (you may opt out), comply with legal obligations, prevent abuse, and — only with consent — send marketing communications and analyze aggregated usage to improve the service.

Legal basis

Processing is based on contract performance, legitimate interest (security, service improvement, and product updates to registered users with opt-out), legal obligations, and — for analytics cookies and marketing newsletter — your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

Retention

We keep data while your account is active and for the periods required by law thereafter. You may request erasure from your profile; deletion is completed within 30 days unless legal retention applies.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent. You can export your data and request account deletion from the profile area.

Processors and transfers

We use vetted providers (hosting, authentication, payments, analytics) acting as processors under appropriate agreements. Where data leaves the EEA, we rely on adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses.

Supervisory authority

You may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. In Italy: Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it).
