Rules governing access to and use of the Finversa software platform.

Acceptance

By registering or using Finversa you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Nature of the platform

Finversa provides a software platform for operational organization, analysis, automation, and monitoring of financial activities. Finversa does not execute orders, hold funds, act as a broker or financial intermediary, or provide investment advice. Education, guides, and informational material are for educational and operational purposes — they do not replace the user's judgment.

Account and acceptable use

You are responsible for your credentials, operational configurations, and lawful use of the platform. Every operational decision on brokers, prop firms, or other external services remains your responsibility. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms, applicable law, or third-party rights.

Third-party services

The platform may integrate with brokers, prop firms, data providers, payment tools, and other services independent of Finversa. We do not control their terms, reliability, or outcomes. Enabling integrations and automations is at your discretion and requires you to verify your settings.

Subscriptions and payments

Paid plans are billed according to the offer selected at checkout. Prices, renewal terms, and withdrawal rights for consumers are shown before purchase. Billing is handled by our payment partners.

Limitation of liability

The platform is provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, Finversa is not liable for economic losses arising from the user's operational decisions, third-party services, incomplete or incorrect data, network interruptions, or malfunctions in automations configured by the user.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or by email. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
